'Big Fish' by Shane Rimmer

A U85 two-man atomic submarine goes aground inside the territorial waters of Porto Guava. Shane Weston of W.I.N. is concerned that if the vessel falls into the hands of Juan Chaves’ military dictatorship, it could jeopardise the forthcoming free elections. Seeing as Joe is just small enough to enter the sub via it’s outer missile hatch, it looks like Agent 90 and his father are about to set off on a very unusual fishing trip…
